Chef, please don’t stop making these videos. This is the type of food I grew up on that I forget about. You always brings me back to the kitchen to show my grandchildren there more to life that chicken nuggets. Thank you and god bless you.

Our church used to rotate families to “feed the preacher”. Cooking for the preacher was bigger than cooking for revival. I’d forgotten all about that. That’s definitely a good “old school” memory ❤. #JustShowSomeKindness

Sweet memories of my Mother Chef Jeffrey! My Mother's name was Portia but my father always called her "Porkie". That was her nickname bc she loved pork chops. Especially the fat on them. Her father was German. He always made us German Pork Snitzel which was similar to fried Pork Chops. I remember the Old School Pork Chops sandwiches on white Holsum bread with Frank's hot Yummy! Continue to keep stirring up your gifts in that kitchen Chef Jeffrey! 🎁🎁#justshowsomekindness

Looks delicious. I've heard of families feeding the preacher after church but never experienced it. Those were the good old days. Blessings 💌

Whew! These look amazing Chef. My grandmother used to make fried pork chops just like this. Always a pot of white rice on the side with that wonderful milk gravy from a little of the pork chop grease. Now that was a real stick to your ribs kind of meal! There was just something about holding that bone as a kid and eating it with your hands....LOL!

I'm always shocked to here folks say they've never eaten fried pork chops. One of my favorites.
Thank you, Chef!

Haha! I chuckled about the kids not being around the grown folks looking in their mouths! So true, my grandma was the same way and didn’t play that.

I’m headed to the store to make these chops today 🔥🔥🔥looks great!!

Cold Pork chop sammiches rank right up there with cold meatloaf sammiches. I grew up on those two plus tuna salad when I took my lunch to school as a kid. It was a continuous rotation of those three and I never got tired of it

GM Chef! Man, you know how to brighten a Sunday morning! I haven't had a fried pork chop in a long time. Time to get busy! God bless you & the OSSF family! #justshowsomekindness

The understanding of heat control, knowledge of appropriate seasoning amounts for protein and flour and childhood stories connected to the recipe are so amazing and captivating ❤🎉🥰

I'm rolling in laughter Chef! Sunday dinners for the pastor or guest were a pleasure!!! You were left hoping company wouldn't eat it all, because that table would be full of everything, complements, and delicious dishes! What memories! When they came out on the porch, we could go in and eat because you surely couldn't listen to grown folk talking.😊

Love that you were raised not to be all in grown folks mouths as a kid. That's when parents use to parent. Good looking chops!!
