I get the whole unsalted almond run it through the blender, and mixed it with little oats and protein powder. Works wonders.

I tried eating 4+ almonds a day for 6 weeks and there was no change at all. Sorry.

For the past several months, I thought my memory was getting better because I was getting more sleep. As it turns out, it was the almonds that I added to my diet! Lol, I am sure it was both. I like walnuts better, but because the nuts are mixed nuts, there are more almonds than walnuts in the container. But, now that I know that almonds are good for memory, I will eat more of them.

Almonds are high in oxalate content. If you have kidney stones, better watch out.

I have a small jar of almonds on hand & have a small handful of about 8 or so very day. Also have almond butter & have a teaspoon of it at least once a day. So far no kidney stones!
