This is my natural weight loss transformation.

I get many accusations accusing me of secretly getting cosmetic surgery but this is entirely natural, done on a very low income in a small town in New Zealand. Hopefully the pinned comment will be helpful for those seeking motivation :D

*A Basic Overview of Everything I Did*

DISCLAIMER everyone’s results will be different depending on a number of factors. This is just what I did but everyone needs to find something that will work for them long term, we are all different and different things work for different people!

💚

*The 6 Month Challenge*

I had developed many health issues due to my weight, so decided to challenge myself to 6 months of daily dedication to overall transformation to see what would happen. However I knew the changes I made had to be things I could sustain long term, it can never just be a quick fix before returning to one’s old lifestyle. I instead had to create an entirely _new_ healthier lifestyle. I had to change many aspects of myself from the _inside._

*Changing my Relationship with Food*

I used intense endurance training for my main calorie deficit, but also changed my diet using intermittent fasting, and cutting out most processed carbs and refined sugars (and cut down my alcohol) except on “treat days” which I have every now and then.

My food is mostly plants, veg, and meat - I eat a lot of roast dinners with roast vegetables and am partial to nachos (yes there’s carbs in the corn chips but the meal consists mostly of minced beef and lots of vegetables and I eat plain natural corn chips - I can’t help it they’re just so tasty lol). I also eat a lot of organ meats, bone marrow, soup bones, offcuts, and frozen veg to keep costs low. I do all my cooking myself and don’t eat takeaways except for McDonalds as a very occasional treat like on my children’s birthdays ^_^

I show examples of my meals in my 3 month results video, but I’m working on a HUUUGE video where I explain every step I took, as well as show 12 month of maintenance, and in that video I’ll show many more of my meals (I’m hoping to have it released in August so I can include 12 months of relatively effortless maintenance to prove my methods work long-term for me)

I now only eat once a day as it’s what works best for my metabolism, which had been ruined many years ago from medications then from obesity, and also probably from intense alcohol abuse when I was younger before having kids. I have a lot of energy, endurance, and feel better overall when I only eat once a day (in the evening) but everyone needs to find what works for them though - a lot of people find success using calorie counting throughout multiple meals a day. Everyone is different!! :)

My one meal is very large and probably quite calorie dense (I don’t count calories), but I trust that as I am eating foods mostly from nature then they’re much better for my body than relying heavily on processed foods made in factories. I am only 5’2” so require far fewer calories than taller people, in order to maintain my energy levels :)

People sometimes leave comments saying I didn’t eat enough, but I know that if I feel strong, satiated, and can easily do my workouts, then I’m eating enough. I had much less energy when I ate _TOO MUCH!!!_ .. I had to find the balance of just the right amount and have continued to eat the exact same way for maintenance ^_^

I do still struggle slightly with alcohol but it’s something I am constantly working on. During my weight loss I only drank once every month. During maintenance my alcohol intake crept back up for a while there, but I’m currently doing Dry July - 10 days in so far :D

*Exercise*

For exercise I did all Chloe Ting’s 2023 challenges as she released them throughout 2023 - they’re free on her website www.chloeting.com - I did her workouts every single day for 6 months (all recorded as Shorts videos on my YT channel). On rest days, I chose random videos of hers to do as I found i would become too demotivated if I stopped. I did random older Challenges of Chloe’s while waiting for each new 2023 challenge to be released.

To start with even basic moves were very difficult, by month 6 I had to add weights to my arms and legs to keep the exercises challenging :D it’s important that exercise stays challenging, because when it gets too easy it’s not working as efficiently.

*Walking + Visualisation*

I also hiked between 10k-20k+ steps 5 days a week, usually between 30-60floors worth of incline over hills and rugged terrain. In month 5 I started weighting my backpack during hikes, and by month 6 I was able to start running :D

I also had intense visualisation practices, which I think were potentially key to my motivation and success. I live in an area with TERRIBLE weather and I’d often be walking in sheet rain and hail etc, but I’d go inside myself and put myself in a future where I was in a healthier, strong, agile body, and would feel the emotions of things that would signal my success - like fitting back into my old bras from when I was a teenager, or Chloe Ting reacting to my videos (I didn’t think that one would manifest until I finished my “big video”, which I’m still working on, but I woke up one day in month 4/5ish to discover she’d already reacted to my channel - she even said the same things I thought I heard her saying in my visualisation). I wouldn’t even feel the rain, or the physical suffering, during these visualisation times because I was in a different reality inside myself ^_^

*Goals + Achievements*

My goals were not to “be thin” exactly, I just wanted to feel strong, agile, and to be free from all the pain and health issues I was enduring. I can say that during the course of this journey EVERYTHING healed, even the immense pain I’d been enduring in my old C-section scars (from 2010 and 2012). And I fit back into my teenage bras before id even completed month 6! (I went from a J cup back to an F cup).

I also had immense social anxiety since leaving my children’s father (due to abuse) during my second pregnancy. I have never associated with people ever since then, which has been well over a decade now. I don’t even have any friends. Even though it’s taken me almost a year since losing the weight, I’ve now started trying to associate more with people. I try to take better care of my appearance to the best of my ability, and by reshuffling my budget was able to join the local gym that opened here over the past year (there was no gym here when I undertook my Challenge). I’ll hopefully use the gym to be in an environment with like-minded people (not even speaking to them, just in the same space with them) but so far I’ve only used it at night when there’s no one there lol 😅

it’s been rocky so far, and I’m still battling plenty of demons, but I’m working every day to make those steps to get out there. These are big crazy things for me, and nothing like the person I was before :)

*Maintenance*

For my maintenance I just try to hold constantly in mind the idea of my “new self” and shy away from the “old self” that tried to destroy my body through food and self hatred and misery. I don’t need to exercise nearly as much, because I’m just maintaining now. If I was to increase my exercise activity I would need to increase my food intake to make up for the calories burned as I don’t need to lose any more weight - but it’s nice to feel fit and strong :D

I run regularly (the treadmills at the gym are great for those bad weather days) because I actually enjoy it now which is something I never thought I’d say in my whole life😱

*I Had To Change My Mind About Beauty*

I also had to entirely let go of ideas of conventional beauty. Beauty shouldn’t be about adhering to what society dictates is currently “hot” - it should be about honouring and embracing the unique aspects of ourselves that make us individuals in this sea of humanity. I think that’s a very important lesson that all people (but especially women as we are hardest on ourselves) should try to embrace. However “beauty” should also be about HONOURING OUR BODY to the best of our ability, which includes trying to keep ourselves as healthy as we are able, whatever our personal ideas of health are :)

*Conclusion*

This is all information I’m trying to emphasise and expand on in the big video I’m working on. It’s not a “simple fix” - it’s a transformation that happens from the inside out 💚

Just remember, whoever is reading this, that you are actually already perfect; You only need to change what’s happening _inside_ and work outwards from there if you’re suffering from misery and self-loathing the way I used to be. Transformation starts from the inside 🙏🏻

Find your passion and your light and become a beacon for others, because the world needs all the illumination we can give it ✨

you should consider the plastic surgery comments a compliment! Your result is so staggering that's it tough for people who don't know the value of consistent hard work and commitment to believe. You should be so proud of the work you put in! Well Done!

You literally aged in reverse and as you lost weight, you gained an inner glow that is now shining brightly. Ignore the haters - you don't need to justify anything to them. You put in the hard work - physical and mental - and you deserve everything you have worked for.

The jealousy of these people is saying everything…they are weak and that’s because they have to put other people down. Your achievements are amazing, you look so much happier, healthier…you are truly an inspiration!🎉

I watched your daily videos. Those who are trying to discredit you are only jealous of your success. I enjoyed seeing your progress. Hugs from Oklahoma, USA.

As a "person of extra large size", I've watched countless extreme transformation videos for motivation and to get a realistic sense of what my journey may look like, and I can 100% say this woman hasn't had any loose skin removal. Firstly, she was mostly chest in the first video with closer to an overweight bmi overall. Second, If you're paying attention, you can see her little belly skin hang over her bottoms. It's still there. She just toned everything underneath and clearly gave her body what it needed to heal very well so it's not noticeable!! Going through life I've learned a lot of people don't want to do hard work so they have a difficult time believing someone else had enough discipline to not cheat. She looks 15 years younger, is glowing from the inside out, and has the videos to backup her results!! Right on you girl!! Thanks for the motivation ❤

As someone who has lost a lot of weight I can tell this is all natural. You look at least a decade younger and I know you feel better not carrying all that weight and strain on your body. 🎊 amazing job!

Choosing a healthy lifestyle is the secret. Thank you for sharing your process.
I can tell this has been a process that took time and effort. And that's definitely the only way to achieve this.
Once again thank you.
Keep enjoying life
