After coming out of my months of depression, I started to feel "on the side of life" for the first time. my brain was no longer working to create problems, but to solve problems. I don't know how it happened but it didn't take long and I found myself back in my old habits and now I'm on the verge of depression again. I feel like I threw away my previous experience of depression, the pain I went through, and this experience that I came out of there stronger, wiser and fuller. I guess I didn't get enough support to keep me on edge (probably because I didn't ask anyone for help because that's what depressed people do). What I remember about being on the side of life is that I wasn't rejecting death, I was living despite it. I am grateful to Peterson for his persistent and compassionate helping hand. I think I took another step away from the cliff even by watching this video and making this comment. Now I'm going to listen to a Bukowski poem. I wish all the best to everyone who reads this messy post up to here.

This made me cry, it’s 3:57 a.m. all I want is better I wish the people in my life would get on board with me. “More heaven less hell, ” maybe I’m the one that has to start to do better.
