CPS took baby Dylan who was suffering from meth withdrawal away from these parents for 12 days and then returned him when the parents delivered a clean drug test. 12 DAYS. 5 lb infant boy experiencing full blown WITHDRAWAL. Returned to hardcore DRUG ADDICTED PARENTS. Do you think as a CPS professional that a meth addict can get clean and turn their life around in 12 DAYS enough to care for an infant?! Does that make any sense to Baby was safe for those 12 days with his foster mother. and a very loving foster mother. I saw her testimony. CPS then chooses to return him to the jaws of hell. They should be investigated as well. This case angers me so much. RIP and God's Grace baby Dylan. Beautiful angel. ❤️💜💙💠💙💠💙💜❤️

The “system” is fucked. I fostered my nephew for 4 years before parental rights were terminated and I was able to adopt. Bio parents were given multiple chances and missed almost every visit or when they did show up they were so high they were passing out. My relationship with my family is forever ruined for my decision to adopt over guardianship but everyday that I see a beautiful thriving happy boy I am 100% proud of myself for choosing adoption.

At 19.12 when his lawyer rubbed his shoulder like he was a grieving father I got so furious. I wonder if anybody ever gave Dylan a consoling rub, ever, in his poor little life.

He was born with drugs in his system...why were they even allowed to leave the hospital with baby? He was tortured to death. 😢

Murdering a child should always be mandatory death penalty. Idc.

Whoever comforted the husband with their hand on his back should go to jail too.

I love how the medical examiner is HALF the volume that their son had been speaking at, yet they have nooo problem hearing anything she's saying? Interesting

They should have been forced to look at the autopsy photo.

It's times like this when I wish medieval torture was still around.

When will CPS be held accountable for all the lives lost due to their failure

They should wallpaper their jail cells with the autopsy photos so they have to look at what they did everyday for the rest of their lives.

The most nauseating thing is the mother is obviously crying for herself. You did this open your eyes !!!! The coroner had to 😢

They should be forced to sit up and look at the horror they’ve committed on a helpless infant!

If the jury has to look at it, so should they.

This baby had no chance. His parents and the system failed him.

The CPS Should be on trial as well. They should be charged with murder. He was alive in there custody. They are responsible for his death ! Why give him back to Drug addicts ?

I hope while they lay their heads down at night on their pillows, they hear the scream of this baby. May they never have a restful sleep again, may they be haunted by the memory of this precious lil boy being so abused. The foster mom is a true mom. My heart bleeds for her.
