Remember to combine with glycine e.g. GlyNAC. Glycine so our body can create just the amount of glutathione needed, not in excess.

I have been taking NAC 1200 mg and Glycine 1200 mg for months now. I swear it is the best thing I have ever done. I have recently started taking 600 mg more of each at a different time of the day. Also, Taurine 3-5 grams, Niacin 50 mg several times a day and Resveratrol 300 mg on days I dont workout.

Take it most nights, powder or tabs, take it with glycine. Separate supplements allows me to take more Glycine if needed. I take 1.2g NAC, 3-6g of glycine.

i take 750mg in the morning and before bed. the skin on my face gets rid of excess water and looks alot cleaner.

I think I have noticed more benefits from GlyNAC than I have nmn. I currently take 1200mg of each.

I was sloppy and took too much NAC (guessing about 3g) and got constipated. I stopped until my bowel movements got normal. Then I got more precise and made sure to stick to the planned 1g which has been fine.

I read that NAC can thin your blood.
And since I'm getting a procedure on my gums I'm going to stop taking it for a while.
I've been taking it but not with glycine and I don't know if it's making any difference or not.
I stopped taking it now because I'm getting ready for this procedure on my gums and I don't want to be bleeding too much I've also stopping garlic..
But maybe I'll see a difference in my energy levels since I'm off NAC.

For some reasons, my blood pressure seem to increase which is the opposite of what I'm looking for😢. Any possible explanation?

Thanks for the reminder. I take powered NAC, 1.5g that I premeasure in papercups. I mix it in a short glass of water, and let it dissolve for a few hours. Ideally I would take it everyday, but I forget a lot, and it works out to 4 times a week. I don't like to take it at the same time as other supplements because it is very reactive. Nasty stuff.
