LinuxMint, Zorin OS and/or Ubuntu are as user friendly as Windows. There are FOSS apps that can suit 90% of the population. Hardware support is at its best.

I think it is great. Especially if using a distribution like Ubuntu or Fedora. Using a desktop environment like Plasma makes it even easier.

Microsoft have not made a sensible and useful to the user system since Windows 7. Apple are far too restrictive with what you can do with their system. Linux can be whatever you want it to be and the only other viable alternative to Linux for that is BSD. I moved to Linux full time some years ago and have never looked back.

I don't hate linux. I hate hostile linux troll in linux community. Unhelpful toxic comments who want to stay? I've been trauma by them. I excited to linux adventure but it's the toxic community that made me loose my will to stay on Linux. So they brought this upon themselves.

Simple. They are not tech savvy. All they know how to do is click on icons.

I have installed Linux on about 7 computers so far and there was no problem from the point of view of hardware parts, and I even installed it on a Lenovo Legion 5 professional laptop and there was no problem. In most fields, it has relatively suitable open source software and with Steam software., luteris plays many new games and many restrictions have been removed in the field of many games. Instead of photoshop, I use gimp and instead of Microsoft office, I use libreoffice 4.5. and in the tests that I had in terms of performance, it was about 8 to 10 times better than Windows. I use kdenlive in the field of video editing and I had no shortage and I love Linux.
