It says "Those God foreknew". It DOES NOT say "Those God foreknew would believe".

Romans 8:29 it says “those He foreknew, he also predestined” not “ those He foreknew would decide to follow, he also predestined. “We need to be careful not to read into the text.

We should always know that there are no other gods. You salvation is entirely dependent upon God, for there is none other. We are not a god that can determine our destiny. God is not a being who lives in time. We are the beings who live in time, which God deemed necessary for physical beings like ourselves. I can't comprehend an eternal being like God, it is a mystery. The believer has a promise that, through Jesus they will enter eternity. How can a spacial finite being like ourselves enter eternity? It can only happen in the mind of God, before we or anything was created. It is a mystery, but it is my great hope. Now, I have to get up in the morning, put on my shoes and go about my day. The normative experiences in our lives seem mundane, but "for apart from me you can do nothing" John 15:5 A murderer can not take another breathe unless God enables them - everything in the universe is sustained by God. Our world is not an ordinary place and we are accountable for our actions.

"declaring the end from the beginning and from ancient times things not yet done saying, ‘My counsel shall stand, and I will accomplish all my purpose" Isaiah 46:10

“The secret things belong to the Lord our God, but the things that are revealed belong to us and to our children forever, that we may do all the words of this law. Deuteronomy 29:29
