Deleted Facebook/Instagram and Twitter a year ago. It was great decision for me. I am more focused, less distracted, I call my friends and see them in person to find out what they've been up to instead liking their highlights on social media. I no longer (subconsciously) compare myself to others and what they're "perfect lifes" are. So many benefits. At first I had feeling I am missing out but after few weeks it's been very liberating I must say.
