3 tests for hair loss

Thus,identifying the cause of hair loss is important.

How to do it?
Through a simple blood test.
Not more than 4 mL of your blood would be required to do all these test.

What are those tests.
1.Complete blood count that gives you a complete picture of Hemoglobin & other cell counts.
Low hemoglobin can point towards anemia & anemia is a common cause of hair loss

2.Thyroid
T3,T4,TSH
Or
Free T3,Free T4,TSH

The latter panel is more accurate.
Hypothyroidism also presents with hair loss.
In Hypothyroidism, the TSH will be high

3.Vit D & Vit B12
Believe it or not,these vitamins are the most important part of metabolism.
Any low levels of even anyone of these will be responsible for hair loss

4.STRESS
NO TEST TO MEASURE IT
But you can't understand your stress levels through ups & downs in your mood,anger levels
