I remember practising Yoga Revolution a few years ago - it was challenging. I'm coming back to these series in 2023 and I am loving every minute of it. All of Adriene's yoga practices are awesome, but this one is really giving me what I need right now. I cam from work mentally and emotionally drained, this was just what I needed.

To be honest I cried it's been such a long time since I cried. Gosh I've been such a poop nugget to myself most of my life. Being on strict diets hating my body jerking my self around in life. Yoga Revolution is exactly what I needed to remind myself that some days I'm going to fall, I'm not always going to be on my A game and that's okay. It's just day 8 and I already fell like 6 times and each time it was amazing because each time I found the strength to try again instead of just getting angry at myself for not being able to hit a certain shape. Damn girl Adriene you changed my life.

I almost skipped today. glad I didn't! I have fibromyalgia and, while I've been following your videos since September (I was a complete beginner) and my overall pain is greatly improved, I have allowed myself break days. When I signed up for this 31 day challenge I decided, with intent, to show up every single day. And I still almost skipped today! Well, I should have known... today's practice was EXACTLY what I needed! So. From here on out, I WILL show up EVERY SINGLE DAY and adapt as necessary. Thank you Adriene, for the amazing library of yoga videos now available to the world! PS... I did my practice today in a warm cozy sweater. It was lovely... :)

Hi Adriene. I have never commented on any YouTube videos before but felt I had to share with you.... I was recently on work leave for burn out / depression. I was off for 3 months. I started doing your 30 days of yoga and 3 weeks in I was back at work. I finished that 30 day challenge and am now on day 8 of revolution. I was never able or had the right mind set to do yoga before I found you. I absolutely love the way tou teach / explain everything... and your quirky personality is a plus! I see myself ;) Thank you so much for introducing me to this wonderful time I finally take for myself. I feel great and even when Im tired and have just put my kids to bed at 8pm after work I still want to get my yoga on before a little TV instead of grabbing a glass of wine and vedging out. You changed the way I feel about myself. Thanks again and I can't wait to see what's on the "menu" tomorrow!! Have a good night :)

When you said "imagine how it would be to blanket yourself in love" I imagined it would be like my mom's hug that I can no longer have and for the first time ever I cried on the mat. I needed it nonetheless. Loving May Calendar!

Doing this as part of the May “Meditate” calendar. To be honest, I almost skipped this one today, thinking that after having done “day 8’s” the past two days, I needed something that was more of a “workout.” Instead, I’m so glad I trusted you and trusted the process! This turned out to be EXACTLY what I needed! Balance, ease, and strength. Thank you for always curating such a wonderful calendar each and every month!

As a Reflexologist/Yoga instructor, today was my favourite class. I've been doing Reflexology for 22 years so if you have any questions, I'm your gal. The toes represent the head and neck, the ball of the foot is about lungs and heart, the arch of the foot is all the digestive stuff and heels and ankles are low back, buttocks and hips. Ask me anything my lovelies! All my Love from Canada 🇨🇦 ❤️ (Adriene, I would give you the best Reflexology session ever, sometimes I dream about it)🙏🏼🥰🐾

Day 8 is always my favorite. At the beginning of the practice it was hard for me to tune out my family fighting in the background. I just wanted to turn off the video and wait for it to be over. Somehow I actually fell asleep in shavasana at the end. I don't know what to do about the drama in my life, but it was nice to forget about it for a moment.
