Could have added the current cost in replacing those Hybrid, plug in hybrid and electric batteries.

Really good introduction for someone who knows nothing about any of the types of EVs. The main question I still having is around what the guy was saying about replacing the parts of the battery that are no longer working, not the whole battery. Does that just apply to BEVs or to PHEV's and Hybrids as well. I keep hearing about the whole 8-10 year life span situation, which is scaring me off anything second hand that is approaching that age.

Great video - from what I know, the charging infrastructure for Tesla EVs is better and more reliable than the 3rd party DC chargers and my friend who owns a Tesla and regularly travels interstate for work said that he has had no issues finding a charger that works. Further to this, Tesla will be opening up their chargers for non Tesla vehicles as well which will benefit all EVs. That said, as mentioned in the video, an EV is not for everyone and is dependant on each person's use case but as battery technology improves so will the cost of EVs come down and range improve
