My husband cured psoriasis by following healthy diet .. his routine is:
Morning 6 am: drink lukewarm water and do yoga..walking for 30-60 min
7am: drink vegetable juice( beetroot, bitter gourd, carrot or any gourd juice)
8am: drink green tea, brocolli/tofu/poha/besan chilla/oats
11am:fruits
1pm:sabzi roti, more sabzi less roti, pulses
5pm:makhana, soaked nuts, green tea
7pm: veg salad, quinoa, Dalia, brown rice

Throughout the day drink lots of water, salad, green leafy veggies, less carb and more protein and fibre, sleep timely and don't take stress.. don't eat outside food..
It will heal completely guaranteed

Food to avoid at any cost:
1. Tomatoes, potatoes and Brinjal
