Drinking lots of water daily, my hair feels nourished and stronger. Hydration plays a role in hair density. I also combined this with usage of liittlleextra cocoonian hair oil, shampoo. This worked well and the amount of hair I lost decreased by a good 95 percent.

Rosemary oil, tea tree oil, mixed into jojoba or caster oil.. find the recipe that is safe, then put it on your scalp and massage it in. Let it sit a hour then wash hair with a natural deep cleaning shampoo preferably with mint in it. Then put a mint conditioner in your hair for a few minutes rinse really well. Try not to put products in your hair that will clog you pores. Let your scalp breathe, if you absolutely need to oil it use your jojoba rosemary mixture(not caster oil at this time. Caster oil is only to be used when you are about to wash your hair within a day).
