MG217 coal tar shampoo and ointment are great! (Sorry, EU, I think it's still banned there.) I also use Dermarest salicylic shampoo for maintenance, along with MG salicylic moisturizer or Gold Bond psoriasis moisturizer. Cerave also makes a salicyclic moisturizer in a tub, if you can find it. I tried the Neutrogena sal shampoos but they just didnt work for me.

Ive used the salacylic acid shampoo as a cleanser. That stuff removes every bit of makeup i wear.

What can be used on the eyelids? I have been having problems for a few years now. I Have used Vaseline but that doesn't help. Dermatologist told me to use hydrocortisone, that it was fine to use near the eyes. Hydrocortisone helps but the dryness comes back when I stop using it and like you mentioned, it's not supposed to be used all the time. Also, being on the eyelid, it's a very delicate area and near the eyes. My eyelid gets very itchy and I have keratoconus, rubbing the eyes is no good for that.Thank you in advance.

Questions:
What would everyday skincare routine for both body and face for psoriasis prone skin with koebner phenomenon (Even if you are in remission and you dont have plagues) would be like?
What ingredients should we use for the body skin and what for the skin on the face? (For example: niacinamide? BHA? Urea? Peptides? Is Retinol/Retinal/Tretion okay? Snail Mucus? Shea Butter? Coconut oil? Caster oil? Glycolic acid? Panthenol? Centella asiatica?) At what % we should use them?
What ingredients we should avoid to not trigger Koebner phenomenon?
Should you NOT wear sunscreen when you have a flare up? Can you resume putting sunscreen once in remission? If UV rays are beneficial for psoriasis, do only UVA sunscreen exists? Or is UV only beneficial in phototherapy under doctor's supervision? What about tanning bed? What about red light bed/mask..are there any perks for psoriasis?
If hot showers are not recommended, does the same goes for saunas and therminal mineral water pools?

*I ask for specific ingredients as I'm in Europe and not all brands exist same as US.

Can you make a video on how to take care of your skin when you live in dry and cold areas? I live in Norway my whole life, and the last years my skin is dry, cane-prone and shitty whole year apart from summer 😢 BTW, "summer" here can be 15 Celsius degrees and rain. You're lucky if you get 2 weeks with 20 Celsius degrees. Thank you ❤️

Here in Germany, coal tar is prohibited, unless prescribed by a doctor. It is considered mutagenic (causing changes in genetic material). The contained polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and especially their metabolites also have carcinogenic effects. With long-term use, the development of cancer cannot be ruled out. Preparations containing coal tar are contraindicated during pregnancy and in children under one year of age. Greetings from a pharmacist.

I never had this, and pos up every so often in my early 60' I break out a bit .. doesn't last long. It's an auto immune bc of something else .
You know I was surprised I added a Josie Maran whipped body butter, science have no earthly idea . But it cooled it for some weird reason and was gone in two days ....

I have psoriasis and dermatosis. What bother me the most is the redness on the face ( from the dermatosis). Any suggestion how to soothe it down? I am trying the tower 28 spray for now but not much effective
