Back pain is something that we all have or will experience in our lifetime. If you consider what your muscles/spine has to endure everyday of your life, even if it's sitting in front of your computer, you will realize that you probably need to take more care of yourself to prevent pain. Gone are the days when "rest" is the best solution for your back pain, there are outdated beliefs and myths that just simply don't help.

Telling people who hurt their backs to keep exercising is asking for a lawsuit or, at the least, some serious injuries. You should at least say what type of low back pain is ok to push thru and which isnt.
