1:00 here's the thing though if you're doing serious manual labour for 40 years you are going to be in bad shape. If you are able to work at a desk job you can do exercises and stretches to mitigate issues. You can't do much do mitigate 30 years lifting bags of concrete or bircks other than to not do it in the first place.

I have 2 herniated discs in my lower back and am 8 months pregnant. I feel like no matter what excersize i do, i hurt so bad the next day. My back, my lower leg, my ankle, particularly all on one side. Hamstring stretches help avoid charlie horses in the middle of the night, but other than that, I'm at a loss.

I’ve been really struggling with spinal stenosis lately. I’ve had two back surgeries over the last 5 years. Now they want to install hardware to stabilize my lumbar area. I’ve tried just about everything to get relief but nothing works. Next step is injections. I’ve also been sleeping in a recliner for the last month. I can’t find a comfortable position for sleeping!
