I had a fat cyst pressing on a nerve that caused me pain for 2 years.
The surgeon told me that that would not have been the problem.
I almost had major back surgery.
The cyst inflamed, and burst for some reason, after about 12 years, and the pain went away.
Another knee specialist told me something ridiculous about my knee.
Always get more than 1 opinion, and avoid "experts" as much as possible.

Often times, back pain and joint pain indicate that bones are out of alignment and pinching nerves, and this can be quickly remedied by a visit to a good chiropractor. Not all of them are good though.
