This works great but, please make sure you use it quickly bc if the garlic goes bad, that can be very bad to ingest. One of the best things to do is cook some garlic in pan with olive oil and herbs to infuse the oil, then put it in the spray bottle. This way the garlic won’t be sitting in the oil and go bad.

Just a heads up, garlic in oil needs to be kept in the fridge to prevent botulism growth.

I feel like the oil and water might cause problems. But unless it prevented the sprayer from working or you put in so much water it sprayed only water, i guess the worst thing would be getting some water with your oil. If you're adding herbs, garlic, and water, be aware this could cause mold in your oil.

You can also buy a Misto (I think that's the name). It's refillable and you pump air into it using their specially designed cap, and the spray is nice and fine. More expensive up front but it's made for oil and therefore I didn't have to constantly replace the spray bottles anymore. Plus you get a little bit of arm exercise. If you only have one hand/arm, maybe you're like my one friend (who has an arm that doesn't work) so she has a special vise in most of her rooms to help hold containers still so she can use her working hand and arm to open things. She also will sometimes hold the bottle between her knees while she pumps the air into it.
