Yes I do have all of these symptoms and I'm often considered lazy and compared to other people. Everybody just barks at me without listening to what I've got to say. Went to a psychiatrist and it's the same story just sleeping pills. The list will go on. Sending love and prayers to my fellow mates who are going through this phase.❤

I always feel that I m looser in my life .

1. Feeling anxious/ behaving how you normally wouldn’t
2. Self harm tendencies
3. Trouble making transitions in life
4. Relationships 
5. Low self-esteem

But there could be many more reasons.

I lost my gf (I thought future wife) and daughter, job, crashed my car, live back at my mums, lost my temper felt so down, angry alone. Woke up all times of night spend my days walking or driving long distances to clear my mind listening to vids. I refuse to let it beat me but I’m struggling to snap out of it and it’s really detrimental to me and others around me. I’m usually so strong but this has really really beaten me to a new level

Effectively explained in simple terms. In this fast paced world, we all are becoming self absorbed. No one has time to tend to other's psychological needs. The social & cultural structure that could provide inherent discipline to prevent such problems, is no longer together enough. I think, psychotherapy has a huge potential to offer solutions to many problems.

The thing is, I know I need therapy but everything suddenly came crashing down regarding my family, friends, everything. With my loved ones being either hospitalized, dealing with economic problems, mourning someone's death, dealing with their own mental health issues I just don't wanna throw in a "Hey mom, so I think I need therapy because I've been feeling worthless for a very long time and I've reached a point where I'm starting to think of commiting suicide". Medical system is bonkers on my country and pretty much collapsed where they aren't attending anyone who doen't have Covid. So yeah...I'm screwed

Maam i cant cry from last 5 mnths! I was introvert bt accidentally I made my self more extrovert, cool for being happy! I hve no idea that what I am doing, evn i cant think anything, i am afraid to thinking! I cant sleep, infact sleeping pills failed! I dont know, somehow I lost myself
