Correction : 1.RSU are taxed about 35 % at time of vesting which get adjusted as per local taxation. You can see your paid tax in form 16 and further in ITR. Everyone need to pay taxes why to crib about it.
2. Allowances are for employee benefit. If you don't submit bills they will be paid under special allowance.
Facts are correct but just felt that they have been extrapolated just to prove the point.
