Ok so here is the thing, I m from IIMK and you may have seen the highest ctc for k is 67 and for I its 1 crore. Now the company that offered 1 crore is Indigo Edge. Now indigo was paying 18 lakh fixed and rest it showed in esops and other allowances raising it's ctc to 1 crore. Thus one who got placed with 24 lpa ctc and 22 fixed is much better than 1 crore package
