thats good software industry growing in India but unfortunetly Civil engineeers and other core branch engineers situation are really poor, particulary for civil engineers salary is so less that labour are earning more than civil engineers, lack of innovation in field, poor working conditions such as standing in hot sunny and dusty environment, more physical works, salary delay, more than 15+hr work, no weekly off, abusing language particulary used on construction site, Its like hell like condition for civil engineers in India.This branch will not remain evergreen branch for long if situation not improve in future years, nobody will want to become civil engineers if ground condition not improved
