I have started using rice water, and YES ! i can testify it works like magic. Exfoliate skin, wash with foam cleanser, towel dry face, then I sprayed rice water on my face, neck and arms, let them dry out. Your skin, neck and arms will feel like baby. Over 1 week my skin lightened up and looks much cleaner. I used Jasmine rice. Rinsed rice twice, use the 3rd bowl of water, stored it in a glass spray jar and keep refrigerated for 3 - 5 days, use it generously, morning, afternoon and evening.
