Some people may disagree w/ stretching afterwards, but doing dynamic warmups before & static stretching after a workout is a great practice to follow.

My football coach on stretching: “Let’s say you put a tootsie roll in the Freezer for a day. You take it out and try to bend it, what’s gonna happen? It’s gonna break. Now let’s say you take it out and sit on it for an hour until it’s warmed up, then you try to bend it. It’s gonna bend more than last time.
