4.Apple Crumble (gluten-free, no white sugar)
2-3 servings

Apple Filling
2 medium apples
½ pc lemon
¼ cup coconut sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1tsp cornstarch
Crumb/ topping
2 tbsps melted butter
¼ cup coconut sugar
¼ cup quick-cooking oats
¼ cup almond flour
1 tbsp chopped walnuts ( optional)
Procedure
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Peel, core, and slice apples into 1/4-inch slices.
3. In a bowl, put apples, lemon juice, cinnamon, cornstarch and coconut sugar. Mix until well combined.
4. Pour into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and spread out into an even layer.
5. Set aside and let’s make the crumb.
7. In a bowl, combine butter, coconut sugar, oats, almond flour, and nuts. Mix until well combined.
8. Top apples evenly with crumb mixture and bake until apples are bubbly and topping is golden brown, about 20 mins.
*You may double the recipe and increase baking time to 40-45 mins.
