If you have oats and apples, make this diet apple pie! No sugar! No flour! No oil!
Ingredients:
1 cup(100 g) rolled oats
2 medium apples
100 ml(2/5 cup) water
1 medium banana
2 medium eggs/ or vegan substitute
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup(70 g) almonds/ or nuts
1/3 cup(50 g) raisins
bake 40 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
powdered sweetener(optional)
