I’m getting one tomorrow. 💉

The first hip specialist I seen told me I need hip replacement surgery right away. A second specialist told me to get prp.

I’m 34 years old.

Always get a second opinion!

Thank you for great information on PRP. it would be helpful if you were to add graphics that show the inside of a joint, the layers of cartilage, the subchondral tissue, the synovial fluid, what a healthy joint versus an unhealthy joint looks like, etc. Visuals help us understand even more clearly

This is good doctor. Recomends everything to try before hip replacement. The truth is there will never be better situation then to use your existing bone you have. Putting atrificail metals and ceramincs always has risks, death from surgery, allergic reactions ect. yes sometimes you have to have to take risk. But why not try the heathier options first. I like this Doctor!

Dr you are 1000%, PRP is best treatment but the problem is that it doesn't give huge profit to multinational pharmaceutical joints and no commissions to doctors .

This is wonderful information. I had PRP for a neuroma in my foot and it worked! I had to have two but it worked! Just had a cortisone injection for hip arthritis. I know it will only work for a while, but I will be calling your office for a PRP hip injection once I need another injection.

March, 2023.
My wife 40 y.o. 88 kg, was diagnosed as 2nd stage, 2sided coxarthrosis hip disease.
In Tashkent, Uzbekistan the number of cases is much more before Covid-19 period.
And the hip problem are getting Younger. More people below 40 and even 30 are being diagnosed.

Does this happen globally?
We both were Covid in autumn 2020, but did not get vaccinated.
