One of the things they look at when giving you a Security Clearance is your financial background and I have known people who have had their TS/SCI revoked because of bankruptcy, they feel that it makes you vulnerable to blackmailing I can't imagine what a Security Risk and nightmare tRumps is

You've got a stoner jackal here, and this correction is more about what the superintendent of the New Orleans Police department said. The mice may be eating the weed, but it's not likely getting them high. In order to get the "high" feeling from just eating the buds, it has to be decarboxylated. Its the process of activating the compounds in your cannabis, so you can feel those psychoactive feels. This process happens when you light the weed on fire and inhale the smoke. But in the case of being eaten, it would at least need to be baked in the oven at 220-240 degrees for 30-45 minutes first in order to cause any "high" feelings.
