Going beyond the Ocean in GTA

About 99 million units out in GTA SA I saw some strange textures and models that were almost Half-Life Xen looking textures but couldn't record it due to the game freezing too much.

There was a mod that stops the camera from not moving after a certain distance, I went very far out and got similar results to gta sa.

I've been playing GTA:SA on PS2 since 2009. I always wondered what would happen if you went too far away from the mainland by going into the "endless ocean". Finally, today I got the answer. Thanks for the video.
