Might be a big fin squid. They are extremely rare and can grow to be anywhere from 30 to 60 feet.

The ocean is one of my biggest fears but I’m also just so curious about what’s there. I do think there are hundreds if not thousands of creatures we don’t know of down there. Some might be absolutely terrifying! I’m actually writing a book series and in one of the books they explore the deep and I get to have so much fun there

It's an educated guess but I may be wrong. It may be a deep sea squid. These creatures can be anywhere between 30-80 feet long and do emit small amounts of light. (All living organisms, yes, including humans do emit light but it is too faint too see) These creatures are extremely bulky and their body density is the reason they stay so deep in the ocean.
