We moved about 6 years ago from Chicago and I love it here, especially the weather. Yes, it gets very hot during summer, but I take it any time over the extreme freezing temps in Chicago. One thing I miss, though, and I never thought I would ever say that, is the rain and thunderstorms. Of course it is the desert and I should have known, but, oh well… Otherwise, I am happy here, but, then again, I am retired, I raised my family, so I don’t have to worry about those, problems

The vibe from people in LV is great. Every time I go, everyone is really nice and generous

I am 15 years old and I’m moving to Las Vegas next month! I’ve been to Vegas on vacation 5 times and my parents have been there 12+ times. Looking forward to the change from the boring state of Wisconsin.

I live in Las Vegas...
Other than the Strip it's a small town, no big deal. We get along with the Police Department, very cool Cops, no bs. If you come, leave your bs behind, we're a nice community across the board. ✌️

I'm thinking about moving there the end of 2022 or early 2023 from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Thanks for information.

As a resident of Vegas for over 10 years now, Vegas has now turned into a "suburb" of LA. Since the Raiders have called Vegas home, everything has shot up!!!! Gas, utilities, and rent has "sky-rocketed". To each their own and I appreciate your video for being honest but people who visit Vegas for a weekend and decide that they want to move here have a "rude awakening".

Love the video, but if you think 100 degree dry heat is bad, come on down to Louisiana where we have 100 degree heat with a humidity level of 120 plus. That hot wet sweaty stank heat. 🤣🤣

Good video! I’ve been out here in Vegas for 5 years now. But yes Vegas has its pros and cons. Again depends what n the person, depends if you have kids or married. For single person. Vegas is amazing, for a business/entrepreneur it’s amazing. Anything else in my opinion it’s a flip of a coin. As for living the west side is the best side. I’m in the northwest but love it in this area, super quiet

Hello, I’m a flight attendant moving to Vegas in April! Thank you for this video :) hopefully I’ll find some friends out there to chill and get to know the area. Kinda scared because I’ll be by myself and I’m coming from the east coast but this video made me less anxious👍🏾

I lived in Las Vegas between 2005 and 2010.
Came back to NY, for family.
I am considering moving back to Las Vegas in the future. It's true about the covered parking! I lived in a town home with an attached garage, you need it. I personally love the West side of Vegas near centennial hills and summerlin myself. Vegas is the best city in the country. And it has the best customer service with so many living options and food options and there is literally something for everybody!

" I feel like the only people that say that are assholes themselves" . Classic, laugh out loud for real. Good video, hustle up, have morals, and keep rising.

Literally might be moving there from Georgia in February 2023. On the fence either there or Atlanta or Houston. But Vegas is pulling me and my family for some reason.

Loved living in Las Vegas! We lived right around your area as well. As for Asian markets: Island Pacific Seafood Market is a large Filipino market with other international goods as well. Then heading East toward the strip on Flamingo is La Bonita, which has lots of hispanic goods. Ron's Market is small, but they have some European goods. Just a short 5 min drive South on the 215 is Seafood City which is a huge Asian market similar to 99Ranch.

Thanks for the video! I'm not much of a serious content creator (yet?) but I'm thinking of moving to Las Vegas for street photography. I'm in Chicago now and I can't stand the high taxes, the corrupt politicians, and the seriously high crime right now. Not that Las Vegas is know for being "Saint City", but I think Las Vegas will certainly be a step up in quality of life.

I'm moving from Atlanta to Vegas next month. Just closed on a house in the Enterprise area of Vegas. Can't wait to get out of the south!
