This routine is easily adaptable for beginners, seniors and/ or anyone with limitations due to injury and who may be involved in a rehabilitative exercise program.
From a seated position you will have the added benefit of STABILITY to perform a heavier resistance style workout, if you struggle with balance, have back issues or are experiencing any lower body aches and pains that make standing an added STRESS to your workout! And being seated helps support a straight spine to keep your "back intact" while executing each of these BEST 5 LEG BURNERS!
In this video, Coach Tonya takes you through 5 LEG BURNING exercises to give you beautiful, sculpted, SEXY LEGS that are also STRONG!
You will want to perform this routine for 3 rounds total doing each of the exercises for 10-12 repetitions. The exercises in order are:
Leg Extensions
Leg Abduction
Weighted Calf Raises
Hip Adductor Squeezes (hands or bands)
Seated Sumo
