If you drink coffee everyday, that might not be ideal.

The ideal dose depends on your body, but typically it is 3 to 4 servings a week at 80 to 200 mg per serving. Any more than this and most people start to build a tolerance to it.

Now if you typically drink more than this, it may be a sign that you are drinking just to avoid caffeine withdrawal and upping your dose as you go along is just not sustainable.
