The Superman W Pull is a good bodyweight exercise that targets the muscles in the back. To get started:
1. Lie face down on the floor with your elbows bent at a 90 degree angle to create a W.
2. Lift your arms off the ground then extend them over your head.
3. Reverse the movement to create a W with your arms, as you squeeze and contract your back muscles hard.
4. Continue this movement for time or reps.

Can you do these as a cool down after a workout or before to warm up the muscle? Does this benefit the whole back or just the upper or lower? Thanks in advance 👍🏼
