It's really easy to fall into this trap when you're really into a girl who is also really into you. The attraction is high & you can't get enough of each other. However, relationships that move too fast are doomed.

In this Coaching Video a viewer asks what happened after his amazing girlfriend suddenly told him that she just didn't have time for a relationship anymore. #MovingTooFast #RushingRomance #GirlfriendWantsSpace #MensDatingTips

Hello I wanna say thank you for your videos first. It really helps me to go through tough time.
My ex boyfriend and I are both 31 and we have been together for over 2 years in LDR. We planned our future together, I met his entire family and friends, I have no doubts that we were in love and pretty serious about our relationship.
But for the last months we have been arguing a lot. When it comes to arguments or anything similar with that he is always choosing to disappear. This has been making me more upset, and caused horrible cycle of arguments.
In the end we broke up, but in a bizarre way. He disappeared. We were in argument, he stopped checking messages for days, I sent him text saying I wanna solve this situation, again, never checked nor replied. I waited again sent some more messages and then finally realized this is the way he wants to end this. I sent him text 'i am sorry for the last argument, take good care'. Again, never read never replied.
So maybe I am the one who broke up with him but I feel really devastated. I feel like I don't even deserve single goodbye word.
It has been 3 weeks since the breakup. I never sent anything ever since then. Recently I got text from our mutual friend that my ex told him we brokeup. Do you think still NC is the best for this situation? Any advices would really help me out.. Thank you for reading the long story. Again, I really appreciate your work.

Wow! Almost the exact scenario of my last relationship. After a vacation together (just shy of 2 months into dating exclusive) she got distant and was going through some life stress. After a couple weeks of “space” I asked to know where we stood and I got the breakup msg claiming she didn’t feel strong romantic connection (via text). I accepted it and immediately ceased all contact. Moving forward and focusing on my life and dating. We did have something very special so I wonder what the chances are that my ex comes to see my value again considering we had one of those “too-fast” situational breakups?? (perhaps once the challenges and changes in her life settle out)??

In some ways this story sounds familiar to the last dating experience I had

Right out of the gates, red flags. Divorced with two kids and a demanding job. After 6 months at the earliest is when you should meet the kids, run! That’s a low value women. She straight up said she’ll be working on her masters degree, which means her time and focus will be more on her goals than the relationship.

Great advice only thing is I ain't interested in dating right now it's a distraction I need to get my confidence real high and me dating different women I think will distract me from that.

I was in a relationship with my exbf for 9yrs.
He had to leave the country. He jumped into another relationship really quickly met her family and 2 kids within 4weeks of time. He came back from that county. Came back in the US. Has been here for 6mo. Has not seen her physically. But supposedly is in love what he posted on Facebook. He kept calling and seeing me until I found out that truth that he was still talking to her and sending her money. I know for a fact that they did not know each other before. It doesn't make any sense. They don't have any memories together other than those 4 weeks. I don't want him back just want to understand.

All my friends who got hurt or dumped by women all became some cold players. I really believe all players were good guys at one time until they got hurt by women. I was talking to a good friend of mine not too long ago when my ex and I broke up and he told me women are addicted to him because he doggs them out. He told me once he has sex with a woman he never calls them back. So because of that they start chasing him and asking him why hasn't he called them. He tells them, "hey you got a phone too, why don't you call me!" From then on they are hooked and chasing his approvel. My friend used to be a good guy but he got his heart broke so many times by women he just started dogging them out. He still is a good guy. He's a working, single dad with full custody of his kid. He just got hurt by women before that's why he has become what he has become. Bitches ain't shit. All players were good men once, these ungrateful bitches turned their hearts cold including myself.

Me and my ex were dating for 5 years, we broke up officially in March... I was told he was talking and having sex with his now girlfriend in March as well, in April she got pregnant and moved in officially on our apartment in May as soon as I moved my stuff out... He told everyone he was with this woman very quickly as well as meeting her parents and her meeting his... They been living together since May and she is almost due with their first child. Me and him have a son together, and since he’s been with her, he barely acknowledges our son. I am no longer emotionally attached to this man, due to so many lies he told me this year about the woman he is with. Remind you I found out she was 7 months pregnant off social media. My question is their relationship going to last or fail... I want my son to get his dad back

His advice is just like the advice of other good coaches. But more concise.

a video idea on what to do if her attraction has completely evaporated

What if a guy keeps doing things that cross your boundaries or neglect your feelings when you express them, you go no contact and he reaches out and acts like nothing happened, or never asks why u blocked or went no contact.. is it a show of his emotional strength bc he doesn't believe he did anything wrong, or is he trying to wear you down and starve you of affection hoping to gain control so that you come back to him without trying to resolve the issue..? One shows clear and healthy boundaries and emotional health, and the other is a manipulative control tactic typically enacted by a narcissist in an attempt to gain emotional control over you and the relationship..

Video was about my situation and your right about everything. But I was never needy with her or suffocated her. I would Only respond when she contacted me. I’m already dating and talking to other women. So I just have to wait and let her respond to me.

Hi Erik!

I've been watching your videos for years. You're awesome!

I have a question related to this video's topic. I'm meeting a girl whom I've only met three times. Last time we met she fell madly in love with me and already wants to call me her boyfriend. She texts me daily and says that she misses me, etc.

I like her too, but is there a risk that this speed will become a problem eventually? It's her wanting to rush it, but what if she eventually starts blaming me for being the one rushing the 'relationship' and thus starting to pull away? Should I tell her that we should slow down?

Thanks!

(For the record: Not sure if this is relevant, but this girl hasn't dated for like four years. A friend of mine who got worried about the speed of how it's going between us said that this seems to be the reason that she rushes it. What do you think?)

I have a question I met a girl 5 days ago and me and her hung out for the football game in high school then I asked her to homecoming and then I kissed her at homecoming and she even said it was fun over there but 2 days later I ask if we can hangout a little more but she said she doesn’t want to ditch friends and she said if I don’t understand then it won’t work so I stopped and then she said she doesn’t have enough time for any guy right now and she is focused on volleyball and school so do i still have a chance with her, because I could ask her out after volleyball season but i dont know what to do. So is she fully done with me or do I will have a chance

When the person you're dating sets the pace and then loses attraction, it's because they are love value and immature.

wait a minute, , , she brought HIM to HER family and HE's moving too fast? I'm assuming SHE set up the weekend visit of her own volition which would mean that SHE was moving too fast and he went along with it because he was loving it. I was in a similar situation that ended badly. She had the pedal to the metal and then freaked out because we were moving too fast. Sounds to me like she's an avoidant and this is exactly what they do. Not an attraction issue but a panic issue. Sorry buddy. Find someone who's healthy and invest in that.
