Happy Saint Patrick’s Day! Here’s my easy go to recipe for Corned Beef and Cabbage.
1 package of brined Corned Beef. I prefer the flat cut because it’s great for leftover sandwiches. Rinse and pat dry with a paper towel. Lay a bed of onions in a Dutch oven or large pot, place the corn beef on top of the onions, squeeze a generous amount of mustard on top, sprinkle the seasoning packet that comes with the package, add some garlic powder, paprika and pepper. Pour in enough water to reach almost the top of the corn beef, but not submerging it. You want to keep mustard seasoning top above water. Then add some beef bullion. Some people also like to add Guinness. Cover with a lid and simmer on low for 3 hours. Then remove the corn beef and add cabbage, potatoes and carrots. Cover with a lid and simmer for another 20 minutes.

Yum! That looks absolutely delicious with the mustard. I made one like that last year, so this year I went with the tinned variety cooked with cabbage Jamaican style. (I did put aside much of the cooked seasoned cabbage before adding the corned beef since I’m back to meatless after St. Patrick’s.)

You have to make sure to always send your puppy 🐶 💕 to obedience school. You will be absolutely 💯 happy you did! It's imperative to assure that he's well trained and you avoid those puppy blues.

I made pickled honeydew melon and Daikon Radish to go with my Corned Beef and Cabbage.
Melon had sweet spicy flavor and radish was had a nice spicy flavor with red hot pepper flakes added to brine .

My, that looks so good. I'm making one today. We went to a family member's home on Monday. My niece made three corned beefs and invited my sister, her mom, and my other three sisters and their families. She had pizza, lasagna and a baked macaroni and cheese. Not everyone in the family loves corned beef. The one I am making today is a little over 4 pounds. Same veggies as you made. BTW - Cooper is so cute. I've been watching his progress on Instagram.

Your video's are great. I'll make it tomorrow cause I'm craving. My girl is 14 months and love her to the moon and back. I'm happy that I know what she looks like when she was just 8 weeks old and I love being able to carry her which I didn't have that luxury with my heart dog when he was with me. So, I'm very happy but the potty training broke me down 😅 and I'm currently in a Velociraptor stage and those teeth hurts but she's starting to learn when I tell her no biting.😂😅
