Ingredients:
3 lb corned beef brisket
The included pickling spice
1 onion
2 bay leaves
3 tbsp minced garlic
1 cup beef broth
Around 3 cups water (or just enough to cover the brisket)

Cook for 8-10 hours on low in slow cooker.

👉For potatoes 🥔
Large potatoes: Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
Smaller potatoes: Cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2.5-4 hours.

👉 For carrots 🥕
High: 1.5 - 2 hours for sliced carrots, or 3-4 hours for baby carrots.
Low: 2.5 - 3 hours for sliced carrots, or 4-5 hours for baby carrots.

👉For cabbage 🥬

Time: 8 hours on low.
For a firmer texture: Add the cabbage during the last 2 hours of cooking.
For a well-cooked, tender cabbage: Cook for the full 8 hours.

👉For corned beef
To cook corned beef in a Crock-Pot on low, aim for 8 to 10 hours, or until the meat is tender and easily pierced with a fork.
