Literally just got done eating dinner on st Patrick’s day using this recipe. I’ve personally never cooked corned beef n cabbage before but I’ve had it several times/ways. Holy moly was this the BEST I’ve ever had in my life (50) my wife was skeptical about the carrots and bay leaves but I’ll be damned if she didn’t go back for seconds!
