to get the critical value, is the alpha equal to 0.05? or 0.025? because this a 2-tailed test..

hello, I fi have a sample of a 100 people, the degrees of freedom would be 98, but somehow i cannot find dF of 98 anywhere online on the table...can someone help me? @Quantitative specialists
