This "IS TRAINING"!
25 years in life insurance sales here, and I can't tell you how many times I've been to a training of sorts throughout the years, and it turns out to be a motivational speech.
I am not with Dana's team or company, but she is the epitome of what an upline or trainer should aspire to be. Her training is specific and usable. I listen to Dana with a pen and paper because she selflessly gives her knowledge to everyone. Thank you, Dana!

Amazing content... it's like a mini-University - this level of training is opposite of what I'm taught in my company and yet, there are agents making 100"s of 1000's of dollars in my company using what's taught though - it baffles me. I'll stick to what I'm learning here. 👍🏻

Thank You Dana, I am going to be working on the active listening, summarizing the concern that the client shares, give it an emotion by labeling it with a feeling going forward. Along with going over the script/objections as they update every morning before calls & evening after my last call until its second nature. Striving for growth & improvement. 😊

This is a beautiful way to interact with people even in our everyday lives. Thank you Dana for the reminder and exceptional examples. Since I am so new, I am extremely delighted to know that we can utilize these skills when talking to our clients! I used these skills as an interviewer for many years, initially calling it reflective listening, but active listening steps up to a whole new level! Thank you for allowing us to interact with these techniques. I just didn't ask you the right questions about the script to know we could go beyond the script to have a deeper interview like this. Now, this helps me feel much better about my role and feel that I can professionally grow here and be more myself with our prospects. No one wants to listen to a robot. The Golden Rule of Active Listening "If you listen to them, they will listen to you". ❤
