I’ve seen this butchered so much and I feel it’s really important to build a quality foundation for form for exercises. Since some are more challenging technically, they need some more practice in sequences.

The kettlebell snatch is one of them.

I’ve done short tutorials and I can’t always convey things as I detail as I can’t in a 10+ minute one.

This 5-step sequence has become my go to when teaching the snatch. If you care to improve it, watch the whole thing and practice.

If not, all good, I’m sure there’s a 60-second reel breaking it down somewhere too 😉

I’ve noticed that people want mastery fast these days.

Let me explain this very simply….

Mastery. Does. Not. Come. Fast.

What’s difficult is scare and what’s scarce is valuable. Mastery is very difficult, but also very scarce and valuable.

Become a master at your craft and you’ll never have issues with building a successful career.
