If it's longer than 10 feet, it's a boat, get the blaster, if you want to have fun, if your a big boy, with family, get the 1800, good luck

For the JetBlaster, throw on the front storage bag, the front storage pod and the rear storage bag and you have way more storage. Minimal cost but it increases your storage capacity enormously. It makes it a much more versatile machine than it normally gets credit for.

I love my 19’ waverunner ex deluxe. I found it in 2020, Everyone had the 2020s out so the dealer had it on sale for $6500 otd usd to make room for the new models (only difference was the colors) Been riding it for 4 years with ZERO issues. Plenty of room for a dad and 2 kids. More than enough power for me on the river. Perfect for my budget as well. The front storage can be upgraded. Yamaha sells a big large bag that replaces the tiny plastic. Adds ALOT of space. If I need speakers, gps or any of the fancy things the expensive models have there’s plenty of aftermarket options to add it.

The blaster looks great…. If I want comfort I would get a boat but isn’t the main idea of these to Zip around the lake for an hour and get wet?

I have the 2019 EXR. Its a blast to ride. I am looking to get a VX or FX cruiser for the days I just want to cruise.

Really helpful comparison for me, a soon-to-be first timer. Thanks a lot.

i really wish Yamaha would put the supercharged 1.8 or new 1.9 in a hull like the jet blaster, like a modern GP1300R.

i want speed and for it to be light and be able to move it around, I dont want a 3 seater

The yamaha blaster looks fun. I have two modded sparks. You can not ride them without laughing your ass off. They are so much fun.

Which one is best? The middle. The VX.

I had a smaller Sea Doo and now have a Yamaha fx/ho.. The Yamaha is heavy
but drills through the water and feels 10 times more stable than the Sea Doo.
if that's what you are looking for.

Don’t think you’d need music. Love the ladder idea though. What are the engine sizes please?

The "water wheelie" doesn't look all that appealing. I raced a yamaha blaster back in the '90's in ijsba sport class. Also raced a 550 stand up in limited. These big boats have taken all the skill out of it.

That ladder must be for Americans, the self retracting boarding step made alot more sense for quick boarding especially when in the surf and time matters
