There are many entry level jobs out there. Some of them require a college degree, many of them require 2-3 years of work experience (which makes no sense). Some of the best entry careers you can get into without a college degree and without any experience. Some of these jobs you can get into in as little as one month, and can pay up to $100k a year in the first year.

In this video I’m going to talk about the entry level job tier list and which carers are the best and worst at the entry level in my opinion.

Enjoy :)

Customer Service Representative needs to go to a lower tier. Working in a call center is the worst thing I’ve ever done to myself. Endless Karens

A-Tier: Truck Driver

12 yr truck driver here. I agree with the ranking as well as the cons of the lifestyle. But i would say the cons are not so bad if you’re single with no children. And the pros FAR outweigh the cons because you can do a lot of things other ppl cannot do, such as:

1. You can live in your truck and save A LOT of money FAST. It is pretty reasonable to NET $1, 200/week as a rookie trucker. That’s $4, 800/month in the bank. Your truck has a comfortable bed, a fridge, and heat/AC—all at no cost to you. So you will save all the money you’d normally spend on rent, utilities, car note, car insurance, and gas. All you pay for is your phone bill, and the food you eat everyday. Let’s be generous and say that’s $1, 200/mo you spend on those 2 things. You save the rest. You do the math on how much you saved in the bank after a year or two of that.

2. If you work OTR you earn UN-paid time off whenever you want to use it. Right now my deal is for every three weeks i stay on the road i get one week off. If i decide i want to spend that week in Las Vegas they will send me to deliver something to Las Vegas; so i basically get paid to go there. Park my truck at a truck stop in Las Vegas then hit the town for a week. Next month i decide i want to go to Colombia (the country). I get a load to Atlanta and park the truck there because they have the cheapest tickets to Colombia. Then i stay in Colombia for that whole week and do whatever. And i can do this every month because i always make more than enuff money to do it and i stay on the road long enuff to get the time off every month.

3. If you save your money like that for one year you can use it as a down payment on a duplex with an FHA loan. Live on one side and rent out the other side so you basically live there for free. Now you have a house to live in, can quit trucking with money in the bank after a year or two, then take on one of these remote jobs listed in this video. Now you can make and save even more money while living in a house YOU own that gets paid for by someone else 💰💰💰💰

Cybersecurity is not entry level. Takes years of experience in IT.

As a federal security guard going on 5 yrs now, I can attest that a lot of security jobs definitely are warm body jobs. But the security career field is a lot more vast than just uniformed “observe and report”. Like my job, there’s plenty of security guard jobs that pay decently well should you decide to go further. When I got out of the military, I started at Lockheed Martin as an EMT/Security guard making $26/hr.

Sure it was kinda warm body on some aspects, but the medical bit certainly wasn’t soul sucking lol. Later I moved federal and now work for the DoD making about $30/hr not including OT with ok federal benefits. There’s plenty of security jobs with the DOE, NSA, DHS, USMS, etc that pay beyond $30/hr+ if you don’t mind not doing too much and repetition. I believe the DOE pays the most. Some jobs require a clearance, some don’t.

If federal isn’t your thing, check with the state to see if they have any county security roles. I have a friend that works as a security guard for Los Angeles county. Decent pay (would be a lot better outside of LA) and good benefits for the work that he does.

If your looking for a desk role, Physical Security/Anti-Terrorism is a really Cush 9-5 office job that you can transition out of the uniform into amongst a lot of other office type roles. And like Shane said, the job is great at allowing you to invest in yourself learning hard and soft skills and gaining certs.
