Keybinding tips for healers! Maximize your keybindings! World of Warcraft Dragonflight UI guide

Healers have it rough. You have to bind your healing spells, your healer cooldowns, personal cooldowns, utility spells AND damage spells to your hotbars. How can we make them all fit? Goal is to try to keep your hands on the movement buttons but be able to reach so many buttons, so here's a way to maximize spells on as little buttons as possible.

The help/harm macro. Remember step 1 have an enemy targeted. If you mouse is over a friendly player or party/raid frame it will cast the heal spell. If not it will cost the damage spell on your target. Replace healspell/damagespell with appropriate spells.
