Terrible experience on my first purchase!

1) I forgot to insert my apartment number on my order, I try to fix it here, but I could not, the product arrived late and I needed to go to UPS store.

2) when I opened my box it was missing the parts of my product, it was a galaxy smartwatch, so I talked to the chat and you told me that I only need to go a Best Buy store to get missing parts.

3) I went to the store to get my missing parts and the agent made a order return, but I have never asked to return I only needed my missing parts, ok I requested my watch and the agent said me that I should buy again in order to get my watch, however I will need to pay 110 dollars for that, it is unbelievable once that I just pay 47 dollars to purchase it…in the end and do not have watch anymore, for me it was a stolen.
