I'm liking the crab stock idea. I've been using chicken stock and make it differently but unlike the haters, I'll take the part of your recipe I like and leave the rest. Thanks for taking your time to share.

Wait whut? I think there are 8, 174 steps missing. Even in the description above, it says "Even the most average cooks can follow a simple recipe".

I guess if that is the case, then to make this incredible soup, I just need to roast some crabs, dump some vegetables into oil, dump all the crabs into another pot with some wine at which point someone delivers to your kitchen a pot of rue.

Then you add some cream to this pot that was delivered to your door, and I suppose you just throw away the other big pot of crabs and wine. Viola! I did try this for a dinner party and followed this recipe exactly. Needless to say, my family and friends beat the sh#t outta me

For a video that calls itself "HOW TO" there was no much information here as to temperature of the oven, amount of time to roast the crab, or ingredients in the stock. I would not attempt to use such an expensive ingredient as crab from watching this.

You're from Maryland? This doesn't look like any "Maryland Cream of Crab" soup that I've ever seen in my 40 years. Looks more like a crab bisque than Cream of Crab.

I've also never seen anyone "roast crabs" in the oven, especially from a plastic bag. This is probably the worst example of "Cream of Crab" that I've ever seen.

Click bait! Doesn't described or show much of anything. Talk about being from Maryland while using crab from a bag.. I'm in WV and have no issues getting live crab flown in to a local seafood market. Shame to chefs everywhere

I think you can do a far clearer video than this. There is almost no real instruction here and very little detail.
