This exercise is one of the most humbling shoulder exercises as you realise just how weak you are.
Take 1-3kg dumbbells depending on your strength levels. Lying prone (face down) squeeze shoulder blades together to brace, brace core by squeezing out (like you're doing a poo) and lift both arms towards the sky. You can do 3 sets of 8-12.
