I have a fully torn rotator cuff so push ups is something I can't do, to much stress on the shoulder. Would be great if you could do a video on people dealing with this issue, specific exercises. I've learned if I keep my palms turned in takes some stress off the area, so do dumbbell press that way.

I love broccoli and avocados, but struggle with long sleep time. If I go to bed at 10pm I’m awake at 2.30. If I leave sleep until 11pm, I’m still awake at 4.30, so not getting any more than 6 hours if I’m lucky!
