Plz open up their history with all the employees who be terminated under this particular manager and senior manager and ask them what has happened with them..did they force them lto leave?.. remember all of them are in this together from top to bottom

FM should know to differentiate between toxic work culture and having inner strength. Even with inner strength people can get abused in their work if the management is exploitative. She should focus on forming policies to govern these corporates rather than advising us.
